Location
If you press "Scan My Sky (GPS)", your browser asks for permission to share your location. Astronomical calculations run entirely in your browser. To fetch a weather forecast, coordinates rounded to about 1 km are sent to our server, which requests the forecast from MET Norway and 7Timer! and caches it briefly. We do not store your location in any user profile. Your last chosen location and settings are saved only in your own browser (localStorage) and can be cleared at any time through your browser settings.

We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
